About Jebena Cafe

The heart of the Ethiopian coffee ceremony is the Jebena, the pottery used to brew and serve coffee. Since customer service is paramount to restaurant founder Martha Seyoum, it was no coincidence she chose ‘Jebena’ as the name for her restaurant.

Community

In Ethiopia, hand-roasted coffee is always offered to visiting family and friends. It’s the primary social ritual that creates and maintains community. This is the spirit we strive to provide at Jebena Cafe—community. We look forward to share this spirit with you.
